See a story evolve from the beginning stages, to a full blown story.

Welcome!

I hope you enjoy your visit to my writing blog! Please keep mind a few points however:
1: These posts are still drafts, but the older they are the more likely they are to have been edited to be more professional.
2: I have a life, so I'll have active stretches and inactive stretches. Just hang in there and keep poking me.
3: The posts are in the order they are posted, so you can either go through the archive, or start at the bottom of the page.
4: All posts should be in this format:
Heading--Chapter _(# of chapter)-_(# post in that chapter)

Body-- the actual story- the further since it says I posted, the better it should be.

Enjoy your self!

Chapter 1-3

It was growing even darker outside. The addition of all the pollution to the city didn't help any, it just made things blacker. No humans could be outside during dark, but after dark, the streets really came alive.
In addition to the Were clan, there were 6 other clans of cats, most at war with one another. Each clan had a different color fur, and they all could see very well in the dark.
Besides the cats, there were 10 clans of dogs. All the dogs were always fighting each other, and they also were always fighting the cats, too.
But through all the clans, the Were clan was the strongest and the toughest. But they weren't always the smartest. For instance, while Comyah was struggling through a conversation with the Dean, the following conversation was going on down the road, and the Dore dog clan.

“Growl growl growl, snort bark growl Were snort growl.”
“Bark snort.”
“Growl snort snort bark bark snort growl bark. Growl snort.”
“Bark bark.”
All of this can be translated as:
“We must get back at the Were clan by kidnapping someclaw.”
“Sounds good.”
“There's this new guy, he helped take down one of our best fighters. He okay?”
“Yep, get him.”

Just a short post to keep going. Chapter 2 starting soon!

Chapter 1-2

Outside, the sky was falling darker and darker. Police bots were still patrolling, but the curfew was soon to take effect.

Outside an abandoned warehouse a cat stood. It was a majestic creature, totally black with blue eyes. It looked around. “Why do I get tonights patrolling?” it wondered aloud. “I could help them resurrect someone, but NO, I have to patrol around watching for something to happen, when nothing will."

It moved on. Out side the alley, a police bot herded a group of people to their apartments before they got locked out for curfew. That was of no concern to the cat.

It jumped over a wall, and found itself suddenly next to a dog.

The dog acted first, and tried to pounce, but the cat moved just in time. It was now cornered, back against the wall. “Why does this always happen when I'm patrolling?” it muttered.

It stood taller, and spoke loud and clear. “Brothers and Sisters of the Order. One member is in trouble. Come to aid in his affair. Through the code of were, I ask you, COME!”

The dog charged, but fifteen other cats appeared out of nowhere, outnumbering the dog. The ensuing fight lasted less than a minute.

Once it was over, a cat with a 2 inch white stripe down its back came over. “You did good to call for help. That dog,” it spat with disgust, “almost took down Bluddy there.” The cat looked over. A cat with a smaller white stripe was bleeding through several gashes.

As the cat watched, several others came over to it, and they all disappeared.

“Tell you what Comyah,” said the cat with the large stripe. “Come back to base, and someone else will take the rest of the patrolling. You can help with the resurrection.”

“Really Admiral? You mean it?” The younger cat's voice rose with excitement. “Oh, thank you!”

The admiral looked at Comyah. “Also, I'm promoting you. You are no longer a youngling-were, you are a novice-were. You shall move your stuff to your new dorm tomorrow. Also, you must change to match.”

“How do I do that?” asked Comyah.

“Simple.” replied the Admiral. He seemed to call on an invisible power. He spoke, but in a deeper voice than usual. “Comyah of the were-clan, I promote you by one level.”

A chill ran down Comyah's back, followed by a chilling sensation. Then it felt as if needles were being poked into his back. He almost screamed, but caught himself, and waited it out.

The needles lasted for about 15 seconds before subsiding. It was followed by another cooling sensation, before going away completely. His back now had a thin line of white fur on it.

“Now, get back to base, and you may help with the resurrection.”

Comyah saluted, and ran off, muttering the spell to call himself to the base. He was caught in a whirlwind, and brought to the base. First thing he saw as he stepped off the was a totally white cat. The dean!

He bowed, and and waited for the dean to pass, but he stopped. “Comyah, a promotion?”

Chapter 1-1

The rabbit stood outside the door. The very large door. It waited for the calling to go inside. After a few minutes of nervous sniffing, a voice sounded from inside the door. “Come,” it rumbled.

The rabbit pushed against the door, and once it had it open, went inside.

It was an office like the ones that private eyes used to use. It had a brown desk, and a computer on it. It didn't look like the now total machinated world the Earth had become. The rabbit looked around, and found that his master was the only one in the room. That was unusual. Usually there was at least two or three other men in the office with him.

The rabbit hopped over to the front of the desk, which the man stood behind. The man spoke. “Esienhower, I call you to form.”

The rabbit started changing. It's head grew, and changed shape. It's ears shrunk to human sized. It's body expanded and lengthened. It took a minute, but the rabbit had changed into a man.

He was in his twenties. His face was pale, and his eyes were black. His hair was long and ginger colored. It went down his back, almost to legs. He had brown clothes on, shorts and a teeshirt, although it was chilly in the room.

He shivered slightly, although he tried not to. He looked up at the man at the back of the desk. The man was a full foot above him, and he had the air of command around him. His face was dark, and his eyes had no pupils. They were totally white, while his hair, on the other hand, was short, and totally black.

He spoke. “I do hope you know that I am very displeased. I expected your spying skills to be a lot better then that.” He paused, and said, almost like in a trance, “It's a pity. You would have been a valuable asset.”

“Pardon, master?” asked the rabbit-man.

“Never mind,” the master snapped. “All that matters is that you failed, and that now you shall pay the consequences.”

The rabbit-man threw himself on the ground in front on the desk. “No, master,” he sobbed. “Don't.”

“It's too late for that Esienhower. It's too late.” He pulled out an old fashioned pistol, and he cocked it.

Esienhower scrambled for cover, and made it under a table. The first shot slammed into the table, and it broke on top of Esienhower, and he was now reopened to the mans shots. Esienhower tried to make it to the door, but he was too slow. Another shot sounded, and he now lay dead on the floor of the office.

The master called, “Kehiegh and Lehr, get in here.” Two bears lumbered in, barely able to fit in the office. “Get rid of this trash,” said the master.

“Yes master,” one of them rumbled. It picked up the corpse, and went out. The other saluted with one paw. “What is thy bidding, master?”

The master stroked his chin, apparently not noticing there was no beard. “Go fetch Gower. He'll do. And replace that table.” With that said, he sat down in his chair, and activated his computer.

The bear left the room, leaving the man all alone.

He sighed. “Time for my medication.” He went to a cabnet off to the side, and took out a teaspoon. He filled it with blood red liquid, and gulped it down.

He then dove to the middle of the room as he began to change. He went through a transformation, and turned into a werewolf. It lay on the ground, and smiled. It wasn't a pretty sight.

First Book-- title coming soon

Okay, this will be a post to say what things will look like on almost all my posts--

Heading--Chapter _(# of chapter)-_(# post in that chapter)

Body-- the actual story- the further since it says I posted, the better it should be.

*Edits* I'll say when it was last edited, and how many times it's been edited total.

That's about it. A simple system, with good results.

Keep watching the other blog for updates when to look at this one!
